Frost earned the Men’s All-Around title at the Doc Gardner Memorial Rodeo in Guymon this week and was the only cowboy to cover both bulls in bull riding. He qualified for the short round in steer wrestling and will compete in Casper, Wyo. at the College National Finals Rodeo in June.
