Erika Chartrand was one of three Panhandle State women to make it back in the breakaway roping at Garden City. She had a time of 2.8 seconds in the long round, which tied her for third and fourth in the round. Chartrand then roped her calf in 3.6 seconds in the short round placing her fifth in the round and fifth in the average.
