Goodwell, Okla.—The OPSU campus will be quiet on the sports front this weekend as all in-season teams travel for contests away from home.
Aggie volleyball will head south for two Heartland Conference games in Texas this week playing St. Mary's in San Antonio on Friday, Sept. 26 at 3 p.m.; then it's all the way down to Laredo for a match against Texas A&M-International on Sept. 27 at Noon. Both teams will offer live stats and video links which are available to Aggie fans on the OPSU Aggie Athletics website, volleyball schedule page.
The OPSU cross country teams compete in Hillsboro, Kan. on Saturday, Sept. 27 in the Tabor College Invitational; both the men and women will be running with the start time set for 9:30 a.m.
The Aggie Crew will start their journey to Tyler, Texas late Thursday evening to have plenty of time to prepare for Saturday's football game against Texas College; the game kicks off at Noon and the Aggies look to return to Goodwell with another win under their belts.
Sunday, the women's golf team will pack up and head out to Grand Junction, Colo. for the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference invitational which will tee-off Monday morning, Sept. 29.
