GOODWELL, Okla. – The Oklahoma Panhandles State University soccer teams both came out on the short end of Sooner Athletic Conference decisions to Oklahoma City University at Anchor D Stadium. The Aggie women lost to the Stars, 4-0, while the men dropped a heartbreaking, 2-1, tally.
The OPSU ladies, playing shorthanded, found the going tough versus OCU. The Stars out-shot the depleted Panhandle State side, 25-0, scoring a pair of goals in each half.

Mya Szymanski registered eight saves on the evening.
In the men's contest, OPSU took the advantage in the 26th minute. A put-back goal by
Vicente Tellos made it 1-0, which the Aggies took into the halftime locker room.
The second, half, however, belonged to the Stars. OCU netted the tying goal in the 60th minute and put in the game-winner in the 89th minute.
Bilal Mohamed and
Benjamin Hoffman each took three of the Aggies' 10 shots, with
Allan Gamboa making two tries. Hoffman and Gamboa each had two shots on goal.
