GOODWELL, Okla The Aggies softball team headed to Allen, TX, for the Southern Collegiate Sports NAIA Invitational 2023 Tournament. The Invitational consists of the best competitive softball institutions in the nation. 

The Aggies would face Simpson University, the first time these teams faced each other. 

A single by Senior Sarah Conley in the second inning would get the Aggies their first hit of the game. Conley would also be in the circle for the Aggies making her 55th game in which she started. Conley would go five and two-thirds innings, allowing nine hits and five runs while striking out 4. Junior Kaycee Torres threw one and one-third inning. 

Junior Nicole Peralta went 2-3 for the Aggies. 

The Aggies will play tomorrow as they face Baker University(KS) at 12:25 PM and Northwest University at 5:15 PM.
