GOODWELL, Okla. – The Oklahoma Panhandle State University men's basketball team concluded their 2024-25 regular season on Saturday night, falling to RV Mid-America Christian University 53-42 in a low-scoring affair at Anchor D Arena.
The Aggies started strong, taking a 23-19 lead into halftime behind solid perimeter defense and early three-point shooting. However, the Evangels found their rhythm in the second half, outscoring OPSU 34-19 to claim the victory.
By the Numbers:
- Senior Amaree Brown led the Aggies with 16 points, adding five rebounds and one steal.
- PJ Daniels provided off the bench, tallying 14 points on 5-of-7 shooting, including four three-pointers.
- Abdulh Diaby contributed eight points and a team-high seven rebounds.
- The Aggies shot 30.4% (14-46) from the field and 24.0% (6-25) from beyond the arc.
