High School:  A graduate of Stratford High School (2018) … coach was Tanner Martin … also competed in football, basketball and track for SHS.   
 
Personal:  Born in Dumas, Texas … son of Sarah Ortega, and step-son of Arnold Ruiz … has two brothers (Vinny and Lui) and one sister (Salma) … had a cousin also attend OPSU … an animal science major.
