Misc.:  Is the lone senior in the Aggies’ women’s golf program … also works as a campus photographer for the Panhandle State Communications Office, often covering athletic events.
 
College:   Fourth season with the Panhandle State team … has earned academic all-conference honors in each of her three seasons, thus far … As a junior in 2018-19, was a part of a Panhandle State team which achieved both NAIA and Sooner Athletic Conference Scholar-Team status … was also a member of the SAC Commissioner’s Honor Roll, a SAC Scholar-Athlete and recognized by induction into OPSU’s
Chi Alpha Sigma honor society … was voted the OPSU Athletics’ “Champion of Character” award … was tied for 46th at the SAC championships … as a sophomore in 2017-18, tied for 41st at the SAC finals … as a freshman in 2016-17, was 48th at the Heartland Conference championships (NCAA II).  
 
High School:  A graduate of Texhoma High School (2016) … coach was her father, Greg Higgins … All-State West in 2016 (senior year) … also participated in softball, basketball and cheer for THS.  
 
Personal:  Born in Liberal, Kan. … daughter of Greg and Trena Higgins … has one sister (Reagan) … is an avid sports photographer … on campus, is involved with SAAC, MSC, BCM and the FCA … an elementary education major … wants to become a teacher and coach, in order “to influence students and student athletes the way my teachers and coaches did”. … selected Panhandle State because “I had the opportunity to continue my golf career, close to home and small class sizes.”
