In match one the Aggies were up against the Tigers of Fort Hays State who dominated throughout the first set which ended in a 17-25 loss for OPSU.
Set two was hard-fought as the Aggies started off hot scoring the first three points on serves from

The set remained a back and forth battle; Mayeux tied the game up at 8-8 with a quick kill but the Aggies then turned the ball over on an error which gave the Tigers momentum as they continued to score six straight points.
