				 Goodwell, Okla.—The Oscar Williams Field House will be rocking this weekend with the start of Aggie Basketball!
The OPSU women's team will start their 2013 season with a home game against Cameron University on Saturday, Nov. 9. The Aggies have played strong in their pre-season scrimmages and look to carry that energy into the regular season. 
Returning seniors 
Sarah Johnson (point guard), 
Meagan Bell (guard/forward), 
Morgan Rickwartz (guard), 
Kortney Williams (center), and 
Sharice Papaleo (center) bring strong leadership to the team; and junior transfers 
Lacey Houston of North Platte Community College and 
Hannah Tatum of Southeast Community College will help add experience on the court. Also returning from last year is junior guard/forward 
Rosa Quinonez and sophomore guards 
Brittany Alavinejad and 
Haley Bonilla. Haley's sister 
Elida Bonilla joins the team this year along with newcomers 
Courtney Sheets of Texhoma, 
Sarah Pipkin of Sunray, Texas, 
Tyenne Mercer of Booker, Texas, and 
Jaclyn Becker of Edmond, Okla.
Coaching the Aggie women is Head Coach 
Charles Terry, Assistant Coach 
Matt Creamer, Assistants 
Whitley Coca, Kori Hamm, and DaVeonna Munson. The coaches are excited about getting started and putting things all together. Coach Terry said that "with the experience we have on the team, we've got an opportunity to get better; we've got a great group of young ladies with good leadership. We're going to take this season one game at a time."
Saturday's game begins at 2 p.m. and is sponsored by the Super 8 Motel of Guymon. Come out and help the Aggies start their season off right!
