Aggies Head for Georgetown

Goodwell, Okla.—The OPSU Aggie football team will be looking to continue their winning streak this week against the Southwestern University Pirates. The game will be on Saturday, October 11, in Georgetown, Texas at 1 p.m.

Expectations will be high for the Aggies as they go into Georgetown with their fast-paced offense and "Darkside" defense. The Aggies have been averaging over 300 yards passing per game on the year and will be looking forward to making the Pirates' defensive secondary gasp for air.

Defensively, linebackers Neptune Joseph, and Tanner Hallford will look to cause some "3 & Outs" as the pair combined for 20 tackles and 2.5 sacks last week. The Pirates are coming off three straight losses on the season and will be determined to fight for a win; however, allowing 37.2 points per game, their success will have to rely on their defense to make plays.

The Aggies plan on making the Pirates walk their own plank and look to increase their record to 4-2. Aggie fans can keep up with live stats via internet link provided on the football schedule page of the OPSU Aggie Athletics website. REV IT UP Aggie Nation!
