Aggie Volleyball Hits the Road to Texas

Goodwell, Okla—The OPSU Aggies prepare for their first road trip of the season as they travel to Lubbock and Odessa, Texas for two Heartland Conference games.

They start off with Lubbock Christian University on Sept. 11 at 7 p.m. Lubbock Christian is currently undefeated with an overall 3-0 record; the Aggies goal is to give them their first loss.

From there, the Aggies travel to Odessa, Texas to play the University of Texas-Permian Basin on Sept. 13 at 12 p.m. UTBP is currently in the middle of the standings for the Heartland Conference and will be a great match for the Aggies to claim their spot in the conference.

The Aggies have been working hard in practice and are ready to enter opponents' gymnasiums and leave a lasting impression. "We are ready to get on the road and see what we can do," middle hitter Natalya Weber stated.

The Aggies' next home match is on Sept. 19 and Sept. 20 with a tri-match against Southwestern Oklahoma State University and St. Edwards University in the Oscar Williams Fieldhouse.
