Help the Aggies support breast cancer awareness month by decking out in all pink for Wednesday's match against Fort Hays State.
Goodwell, Okla.—The OPSU Volleyball team will host a PINK OUT match in support of breast cancer awareness month this Wednesday, Oct. 21 in the Oscar Williams Field House.
The Aggies will take on the Tigers of Fort Hays State at 6 p.m. and will be selling pink bracelets in the lobby throughout the game. All proceeds will benefit the Pink Heals – Oklahoma Panhandle Chapter. As "Guardians of the Ribbon" the Pink Heals group empowers leaders to support the women of their communities by Caring Enough to Wear Pink. The non-profit organization puts women first in the battle against cancer and ensures that all monies raised be targeted to stay in those specific communities.
Aggie fans are encouraged to put on as much pink as possible as they cheer on their team. The "pinkest" fan will receive a special prize and the Aggie cheerleaders will be handing out items to help bring more pink.
Catch some great volleyball and support a great cause Wednesday evening on the OPSU campus!
