As Aggie Volleyball ends their season this week at home, the OPSU Basketball teams will open the books on 2015-2016 on the same court in the Oscar Williams Field House.
Goodwell, Okla.—Get ready for plenty of action from the Aggies this week as the Oscar Williams Field House will be rocking with eight home games spread over three days!
OPSU Volleyball wraps up the 2015 season this week with two extra-special Heartland Conference matches. Thursday, Nov. 12 will be Military and First Responders Appreciation night as the Aggies take on the third-ranked conference opponent, Lubbock Christian Lady Chaps at 7 p.m. The Aggies' final game will take place Saturday morning at 10 a.m. against Texas-Permian Basin, and senior members of the team will be recognized prior to the game.
There will be plenty of action Friday and Saturday as OPSU Basketball opens a new season on their home court. The Aggie women's team will host a round-robin style Heartland vs. Rocky Mountain Tournament with Texas-Permian Basin, Western New Mexico and New Mexico Highlands. With two games each day the tournament tips off Friday at 4 p.m. as UTPB takes on Highlands; the Aggies take the court at 6 p.m. against Western. Saturday's action starts at 1 p.m. with UTPB vs. Western and continues at 3 p.m. when the Aggies go head to head with Highlands.
The Aggie men will top off the weekend with two games against Western New Mexico Friday and Saturday evening following the women's tournament play. Friday the men tip off at 8 p.m. and Saturday's game is set for 5 p.m.
