Head Coach
Victor Esparza was pleased with the win stating, "We came out flat which got us down 12-0, but we never dropped our heads and we battled back." Esparza added, "We were able to grind it out on defense and got some stops." Of Munsch's performance, Coach Esparza expressed, "Addison had a huge game for us and carried us throughout. We made some big-time plays in the fourth quarter and we refused to get beat." He concluded by commenting, "I'm proud of our effort, of getting the win on the road and finding a way to get it done. I'm especially proud of how our defense played, we really clamped down and made some things tough for them. I'm excited for the girls; they deserve it."
The Aggie men posted 35 points in each half, and trailed by nine at the break (44-35).
Breiman Alexander and
DK Sumo led the team in scoring, tallying game-highs of 23 and 18 points respectively against the top-ranked team in the Sooner Athletic Conference. Alexander also notched his second double-double of the season with team-high of ten rebounds.

Remaining optimistic, Head Coach
Aaron Coombs offered comments, "We did a lot of good things and I'm proud of how we battled and how we competed. If we compete like that every night, we are going to win a lot of games." Coombs continued, "Ultimately we didn't play smart enough to win a conference road game, and that is my fault."
