GOODWELL Okla- The Aggies women's basketball team traveled to Waxahachie, TX, to take on Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
In the first period, the Aggies would battle close with the Lions. Sophomore
Mariah Williams would make a significant jump shot to give the Aggies a 9-7 lead at the 14:48 mark, and the Lions would take the lead heading into the second period 16-11.
The Lions would outscore the Aggies 21-7 in the second period. The Lions would go up by 19 points.Â
In the third period, Junior
Bianca Camello would score 10 points, 2-2 from the floor and 6-6 from the free throw line.Â
The Lions dominated the fourth period. Aggies would manage two points from the free throw line, making the final score 75-39.
Aggies will play on November 19, facing North Texas at Dallas at 2:00 PM.
