GOODWELL, Okla Aggies dropped a 66-75 to Oklahoma City University Stars on Saturday afternoon.
Junior
Bianca Camello led the Aggies with 16 points. Camello shot 7-14 form the paint and 2-3 from the three-point line. Sophomore
Jamiah Clay recorded the first double-double of her season, scoring ten points and grabbing 14 rebounds.
Sophomore
Chevelle Ralstin scored the first points for the Aggies in the first quarter, making the score 2-6. Aggies would trail for the majority of the quarter.
In the second quarter, Sophomore
Mariah Williams hit two free throws making the score 27-30 going into the half.
Middle of the third quarter,
Chevelle Ralstin banked a three-pointer to get within 2 points, 36-38. The Stars would pull away from the Aggies, pushing their lead up to 11 in the last quarter.
As a team, the Aggies finished with ten steals and 48 rebounds. The Aggies bench out-scored the Stars 30-17.
The Aggies will be home on Thursday, February 16th, as they face Texas Wesleyan University at 6:00 PM.
