Aggies Cheer Team Competes in Back to Back Competitions

GOODWELL, Okla-- The Aggies Cheer Team showcased their determination and improvement as they competed in two consecutive events over the weekend. The Aggies Cheer team traveled to Baldwin City, KS, for the Baker Classic on Saturday, followed by the Benedictine Challenge hosted by Benedictine College in Atchison, KS, on Sunday.

In the Baker Classic, held on Saturday, the Aggies put forth an impressive performance, finishing in 5th place with a notable score of 62.09. This marked a significant improvement for the team, with a remarkable increase of over 20 points since their last competition. 

Despite the challenges faced in the Baker Classic, the Aggies continued to showcase their resilience and perseverance as they swiftly transitioned to the Benedictine Challenge on Sunday afternoon. Competing against a field of talented opponents, the Aggies secured a commendable 6th place out of 7 cheer teams, scoring 55.09. 

Looking ahead, the Aggies Cheer Team is poised to continue their journey towards success as they prepare to compete at Oklahoma City University on March 3rd.
