GOODWELL, Okla. — Oklahoma Panhandle State University Athletics saw 11 of its programs named NAIA Scholar Teams from 2024-25, as announced Monday from the NAIA's National Awards Day.
 
The women's basketball program led the Aggies in team GPA at 3.55 on a 4.0 scale. Men's soccer and women's golf were among the three highest-achieving scholarly programs for OPSU with a 3.3 GPA.
 
Volleyball, softball, women's soccer, baseball, men's golf, men's basketball, women's indoor track & field and women's outdoor track & field all also earned the distinction.
 
NAIA Scholar Team Awards are given to teams that achieve a minimum 3.0 grade point average as defined by the nominating institution.
