OPSU Cheer Tryouts Registration (March 7) | OPSU Cheer Open Gym Registration (Feb. 28)

GOODWELL, Okla. — The Oklahoma Panhandle State cheerleading program is set to host tryouts on March 7 for those hoping to join the squad in upcoming seasons.
 
As the Aggies look to vault themselves back into competitive cheer events in the near future, tryouts are designed for current juniors and seniors in high school, current OPSU students, and college students hoping to transfer. They are set to run from 1-5 p.m. on March 7 at the Noble Center on campus.
 
Ahead of tryouts, there will be an OPSU Cheer Open Gym on Feb. 28 from 1-5 p.m. in the Noble Center. The open gym will allow high school- and college-aged cheerleaders to prepare for tryouts by going through conditioning, learning cheers and choreography, working on cheer jumps, and learning group and co-ed stunting.
