2019 (Freshman):  Appeared in 26 matches and a total of 79 sets ... 144 kills (1.82 k.p.s.) ... a .137 attack average ... 10 total blocks ... served up 18 aces ... 2.62 digs per set in back row ... season high of 15 kills versus Avila (8/24/19) ... had 17 digs in a match twice.

High School:  A graduate of Wakeland High School (2019) in Texas … coach was Kim Watson … two-time first team all-district … team’s MVP as a senior, as well as co-Offensive MVP and Hustle Award winner as a junior … academic all-district selection as a senior, as well … also played basketball for WHS … in hoops, was all-district honorable mention as a junior and team’s defensive MVP.     
 
Club: Played for PVP (2008), JET (2009-14) and Frisco Flyers (2015-18).
 
Personal:  Born in Amarillo, Texas … daughter of Kyle and Leesa Saunders … has one brother (Gage) … father played college basketball … enjoys playing all other sports for fun … took part in a mission trip to Honduras … works with children’s ministry through Hope Fellowship … a health and physical education major … wants a coaching career … came to OPSU because “it was a perfect environment for me and I love how small and connected the campus is.”
