COACHING HIGHLIGHTS
At NJC, McAlpine was tasked with starting a new soccer program. He led team to four consecutive winning seasons, three consecutive Top 4 Finishes in Region 9, and the program’s first postseason win. This run was highlighted by the 2021 Team that earned recognition in the NJCAA D1 National Top 20 Poll, finished with a 12-3-1 record, had seven players selected to the All-Region Team, and six receiving Academic All-American recognition.
