GOODWELL, Okla. – The Oklahoma Panhandle State Aggie Women's Basketball Team completed the Aggie Classic today, hosting Bacone College (Okla) Warriors in Anchor D. Arena. The Aggies rolled to a 98-56 victory over Bacone, putting the Aggies 2-0 to start the season.
Each quarter the Aggies demonstrated firm offensive control of the game. In the first quarter, the Aggies led 29 to Bacone 18 points and 55 – 34 at the half over the Warriors. The Aggies did not let up in the final 20 minutes of play. At one point, the Panhandle State lead was 44 points.
Four Aggies scored in double-digits with Senior
Cassia McCaskill leading the way with 30 points,
Jamiya Eaddy with 12 points, Vanessa Gonzales with 12 points, and
Mariah Williams with 10 points. In addition, the Aggies dished out another game of double-digit assists with an impressive 25.
Overall, the Aggies sank 52.7 percent of their shots from the floor and demonstrated consistency from the perimeter with 7 of 12 three-pointers just in the fourth quarter alone. The Aggies dominated the paint, scoring 40 points from the box. The Aggie offense never rested and continued to remain a threat, with an additional 38 points coming off the bench. The Aggie defense was also a force this evening, as they capitalized on turnovers, scoring 33 points.
Cassia McCaskill, a senior from Townsville, Australia, supplied the Aggies with 30 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists.
Jamiya Eaddy, a junior from Erie, Pennsylvania, had 12 points, 5 assists, 4 rebounds, and 3 steals.
Morgan Williamson, a junior from Wylie, Texas totaled 11 rebounds and 6 points.

The Aggies begin Sooner Athletic Conference play hosting Mid-American Christian University (Okla) Evangels on November 18th at 6 pm in Anchor D. Arena. The Aggies will continue at home by hosting Southwestern Christian University Eagles on November 20th at 2 pm.
