Essence West had a match-high 14 kills and hit .400 to lead Oklahoma Panhandle State University volleyball to its ninth-consecutive victory, topping the University of Arts and Science-Oklahoma, 3-0, in a Sooner Athletic Conference bout. The Aggies (9-1, 4-0 SAC) defeated the Drovers (1-12, 0-4 SAC) by set scores of 26-24, 25-9, 25-20.
For the second-straight game, West had the hot hand for the Aggies. She made just two attack errors in 30 attempts. West also offered up six digs.
Sydnee Saunders put together another nice all-around effort. Saunders had seven kills, hit .389, had a pair of blocks and three digs.
Setter
Celenia Toribio had 29 assists on the Aggies' 36 kills. Toribio was also a defensive force, making 10 blocks. She also had five digs and three kills in four attempts.
Eduarda Souza added six blocks and had four kills.
Ebony Dykes chipped in five blocks, as Panhandle amassed 14 total team blocks.

Gracie Soza had a match-high 11 digs. Senior
McKenna Clement had four service aces and eight digs.
As a team, OPSU hit .306 for the afternoon. Conversely, the Drovers managed just a .010 attack average in 98 attempts.
