Aggie Volleyball Ranked sixth in Pre-Season SAC Poll

GOODWELL, Okla. – The Oklahoma Panhandle State Aggie Volleyball schedule is locked in per Head Coach Julie Allen. The preseason starts at home, where the Aggies host seven universities at the Aggie Classic. The Aggies are looking to host the home tournament to start the year and build off last year's season record of 21-11.
    The Aggie Classic is hosted in Anchor D. Arena and Noble Center. All Panhandle State matches will be played in Anchor D. Arena as they play on August 19th at 2 pm vs. Paul Quinn and 6 pm vs. Bethel College. On August 20th at 12 pm, the Aggies take on Friends University and, at 4 pm, the Aggies vs. Avila University.
    After the Aggie Classic, Coach Allen will take her team to the state of Nebraska for three matches at the Hastings Classic. The Aggies will be able to play the Presentation College from the NorthStar Athletic Association, York University, and #12 ranked Kansas Wesleyan from the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference.  
    The Sooner Athletic Conference released the 2022 volleyball preseason poll Thursday, August 4th. The rankings of the conference poll are done by the head coaches voting. Southwestern Assemblies of God received 94 points in the poll for 1st place. Texas Wesleyan and Oklahoma City follow them. And the Aggies are 6th in the poll behind John Brown and Wayland Baptist.
