Oklahoma Panhandle State University Women's Volleyball team delivered an impressive performance in matchup against Langston University. The Aggies claimed victory with a final score of 3 sets to 1.

In the opening set, the Aggies showcased their skills with 14 kills, ultimately outshining the Lions who managed 9 kills. The Aggies secured the set with a score of 25-21, setting the tone for the evening.

The second set saw a more commanding performance from the Aggies, as they delivered 4 aces and minimized errors. They they clinched the set with a score of 25-15.

The third set brought an exciting twist as Langston University came out with a renewed spirit, securing a 25-13 win over the home team Aggies.

In the final set, the Aggies left no room for doubt, securing a resounding victory with a score of 25-7.

Ava Newby led the charge for the Aggies with 10 kills each, while
Joelle LaForce contributed 8 kills.
Kensey Clifton played a crucial role as the setter for three out of four sets and amassed an impressive 24 assists.
Taylore Alsaid and
Mia Sanchez, who donned the libero jersey tonight, each tallying 11 digs. Additionally, Newby and
Teagan Mendoza-Werner contributed 6 digs to the team's stellar defensive effort.

Nick Serowski expressed his enthusiasm about returning home and the incredible support they received from the local community, saying, "It's nice to be back in front of our home crowd. We get a nice crowd with all of the sports teams coming to support."

Adding to the special evening, it was "Pink Out Night," with the gym adorned in vibrant shades of pink and a sea of pink across the stands. Each of the players took part in a touching tribute by making posters with the names of individuals who have battled breast cancer.
Mia Sanchez, in a post-game interview, shed light on the significance of this heartfelt gesture, stating, "We wanted to make those people proud, and I think we did that. It meant a lot to us to make those posters and play for them."
