Get ready to mark your calendars, sports fans, because Homecoming Weekend is just around the corner! This year's festivities will take place on September 22nd and 23rd, promising a thrilling lineup of events that will surely make it a weekend to remember. 

Kicking off the excitement on September 22nd, the volleyball team will take to the court at 6 PM, ready to showcase their skills going up against Mid-America Christian University (Okla.) Fans can expect an electrifying display of athleticism as the home team vies for victory. 

Following the volleyball game, all eyes will turn to the Homecoming Coronation ceremony, which will commence at 8 PM. This highly anticipated event will celebrate the spirit and unity of the school as the Homecoming Court is introduced, and the crowning of the Homecoming King and Queen takes place. It will undoubtedly be an unforgettable evening of pageantry and pride. 

The momentum will continue to build on September 23rd, starting with another volleyball game at 1 PM against University of Science and Arts (Okla.). Fans can expect another action-packed showdown as the team defends their home court.  

But the excitement does not stop there! At 3 PM, the much-anticipated Homecoming Parade will kick off. The streets will come alive with color, music, and floats as the school and community come together to celebrate. Cheerleaders, marching bands, and various school clubs will make their presence felt, creating a lively atmosphere throughout the town. 

Following the parade, the festivities will move to the school grounds, where the Tailgate/Alumni Lunch will take place at 3:30 PM. This event serves as a reunion for alumni, offering an opportunity to reconnect with old friends, reminisce about shared memories, and partake in delicious food. The camaraderie and nostalgia will undoubtedly make this a heartwarming affair. 

As the sun begins to set, the highlight of Homecoming Weekend will take center stage. The Aggie Football team will take on Arkansas Baptist College at 6 PM. The game will be sponsored by Seaboard. The stands will be filled with fans cheering and displaying unwavering support for their beloved team. 

Homecoming Weekend is an annual tradition that brings the community together, fostering a sense of pride and unity within the school and town. With an array of exciting events, from volleyball & football games to the Homecoming Parade, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
