After the meet head coach
Cyrus Hall mentioned "We came up here to get in a big race and run against National caliber competition and I thought we ran great.
The men all ran really well outside of one guy. 4 of our 5 guys ran personal best times. Trevor, Josh and Turo all ran huge PR's (between 1-2 minutes). They've been training well and it paid off today! Colby stepped in for the first time this year and put together a solid race. He will be better in two weeks.
The ladies both ran PR's today. I'm still organizing the school records, but Carolina might have even ran a school record. Although the ladies ran well, they are still figuring out where their limits are and learning how to race. So they both are capable of being quite a bit better.
We have two more weeks of training and we run at the SAC meet. We are hoping to finish a little higher than last year".
The Aggies as they prepare for the upcoming Sooner Athletic Conference (SAC) Championship in Bethany, Oklahoma, on November 9.
