Goodwell, Okla-Aggies women's soccer team wrapped up their 2024 season on Tuesday, bowing out in the Sooner Athletic Conference Quarterfinals with a 4-0 loss to John Brown University.

Goalkeeper AlaraLynn Gunderson anchored the defense, logging 90 minutes in goal and recording nine saves.


Offensively, the Aggies were limited to just two shots, with Yaddelis Alderete managing the team's only shot on goal.

As the Aggies close the 2024 season, Head Coach Ken McAlpine stated, "I'm proud of this team, the work they've put in all season, and the belief and desire they came into this game with," said Head Coach Ken McAlpine. "We were not able to get the job done today, but I hope the players feel a lot of pride for what they've accomplished this season. This group has done so much for our program—getting us to compete in the postseason for the first time, setting so many program firsts and statistical records. I hope they are proud of the journey and the work they've put in. I really enjoyed working with this group, especially the seniors. We will miss them next year."
