Coach Cyrus Hall's Thoughts:

"Pretty proud of the day we had today. The weather has done us zero favors with our training, but the kids have been positive and aren't making excuses," said Hall. "I thought Ashlynn Perez was fantastic today. She keeps getting better and better each week. I also thought all three of our 4x400 relays crushed it! The ladies cut eight seconds from last week and will have a chance to go to Nationals if they can keep it up. The guys took care of business and knocked out that qualifying standard, so they're in. We gotta get better to try to catch a podium finish."

Up Next:

The Aggies will return to action next weekend at the Fred Beile Classic, which will be hosted by Doane University in Crete, Nebraska, from January 31 to February 1.
