GOODWELL, OK.- The Oklahoma Panhandle State University Aggies women's basketball team faced a tough home loss against the College of the Ozarks Bobcats on Saturday afternoon. The Bobcats showcased a dominant performance, securing an 82-47 victory over the Aggies.
The Aggies faced an uphill battle early in the game as the Bobcats opened with a commanding 22-6 lead in the first quarter. Despite the Aggies' efforts to close the gap, the Bobcats' consistent offensive pressure proved challenging to counter.
Diana Santos led the Aggies with 11 points, shooting an efficient 4-for-8 from the field and 3-for-4 from beyond the arc. Jana Radovanovic added a spark off the bench, contributing 12 points and a team-high six rebounds. Zamari Reece also made her presence felt, tallying nine points and dishing out two assists.
On the defensive side, the Aggies battled hard, with Radovanovic and Gaby Uribe each grabbing six and three rebounds, respectively. However, the Bobcats' balanced attack and strong rebounding edge (43-23) ultimately made the difference.
