SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. — The Oklahoma Panhandle State women's soccer team (5-5-1, 2-3-1 SAC) tied the match 1-1 late in the first half Saturday evening at No. 10 John Brown (8-2-3, 5-0-1) but let the game slip away in a 5-1 defeat.
Facing SAC-unbeaten JBU, the Aggies surrendered an early goal but hung around until
Emma Daskalov tallied her fifth strike of the season and 12th of her career to net the equalizer in the 43rd minute.
The Golden Eagles snuck in a goal just seconds before the first half clock expired to lead 2-1, however, and they never looked back with another three second-half scores.

Emma Contreras and Daskalov all had identical stat lines of two shots (one on goal) in the match.
Celeste Maldonado also had a shot land on frame.
