OKLAHOMA CITY — The Sooner Athletic Conference announced its 2025 men's soccer award winners on Tuesday, in which Oklahoma Panhandle State's
Ayoup Bader was named a Second-Team All-SAC forward.
Bader, a senior from Zarqa, Jordan, started all 17 games for the Aggies this season, racking up over 1,200 minutes played on the pitch.
He tied for the team lead with
Othman Gherab in goals (six), points (14) and game winners (two) to fuel the Aggies to their first .500-or-better season since 2021. In the conference, Bader ranked tied-11th in goals scored and tied-16th in total points.
29 total men's soccer players were named to all-conference teams, including 14 on the second team. Bader was one of eight total All-SAC forwards, with four attackers named to each squad.
The honor for Bader marks the program's first all-conference accolade since 2022, when goalkeeper Catalin Nastuta was also named Second-Team All-SAC.
