GOODWELL, Okla. - For the first time this season, the Oklahoma Panhandle State University volleyball team will take to the road for Sooner Athletic Conference matches with a pair of bouts over the weekend. On Friday (Sept. 13/7 p.m.), the Aggies (4-5, 1-1 SAC) hopes to have good luck at Central Christian College in McPherson, Kan., followed by a Saturday (Sept. 14/1 p.m.) match at Langston University.
Â
"For this week we have really focused on perfecting our blocking technique and improve our mental state of the game," Panhandle State Head Coach
Shelby Bartley explained. Â "This week I am looking for the girls to play a solid game, ranging from the defensive side to the offensive and focusing on outside of the net and limiting our errors. The team has worked hard this week so I am expecting the girls to play solid and as a unit this weekend."
