GOODWELL, Okla. - For the first time this season, the Oklahoma Panhandle State University volleyball team will take to the road for Sooner Athletic Conference matches with a pair of bouts over the weekend. On Friday (Sept. 13/7 p.m.), the Aggies (4-5, 1-1 SAC) hopes to have good luck at Central Christian College in McPherson, Kan., followed by a Saturday (Sept. 14/1 p.m.) match at Langston University.

"For this week we have really focused on perfecting our blocking technique and improve our mental state of the game," Panhandle State Head Coach Shelby Bartley explained.  "This week I am looking for the girls to play a solid game, ranging from the defensive side to the offensive and focusing on outside of the net and limiting our errors. The team has worked hard this week so I am expecting the girls to play solid and as a unit this weekend."
