Box Score Oklahoma Panhandle State University (OPSU) Men's Soccer Team faced a formidable opponent in the Oklahoma City University (OCU) Stars. The final score of the game saw OCU victorious with a commanding 4-0 win.
In an action-packed encounter, the Stars of OKC demonstrated their prowess on the field with two goals in each half, securing a solid victory. OCU displayed great offensive capabilities, converting on four of their 19 shots, with seven on target, while OPSU made efforts with 13 shots, five on goal, but were unable to find the back of the net.
OPSU's goalkeeper, Olai Ciaicoya, made an  entrance into the game after the score was already 4-0, making three saves on the night.
Mauricio De Santiago was an offensive threat for OPSU, contributing with three shots, two of which were on target. David Rubio and Zane Doehring also made attempts with two and one shot, respectively. Despite their best efforts, OPSU could not breach the OCU defense.
The OPSU Men's Soccer Team remains determined and resilient as they look forward to their next challenge. They will be returning to their home turf on Tuesday, Oct. 3Â against SAGUÂ in what promises to be an exciting matchup. Kickoff is set for 7:30 PM, immediately following the women's game.
