OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – The Oklahoma Panhandle State University women's soccer team lost its second Sooner Athletic Conference match of the season, falling at Oklahoma City University, 12-0, at Brian Harvey Field.  The Aggies fell to 2-4 overall and 0-2 in the SAC, while the Stars shot to 6-4 and 2-0 in league play.

The Aggie ladies – playing with nine healthy players – fought hard early on, as Sam Lopez, Miranda Cardona and company held OCU at bay. The hosts finally broke through in the 14th minute versus the out-numbered Panhandle side.

The Stars would add three more tallies in the half and take a 4-0 lead into the locker room. The second half belonged to OCU, as well, as the Stars added eight goals versus the weary Aggies.

The Aggies will return home for the first time since August 24, when they host Texas Wesleyan University on Friday (Oct. 4) at Anchor D Stadium at Carl Wooten Field. Kickoff during Panhandle State's Family Weekend is scheduled for 5 p.m.
