Box Score GOODWELL, Okla. - The Oklahoma Panhandle State Aggie Women's Soccer team hosted conference opponent University of Science and Arts (USAO) Dovers this evening in the Anchor D. Stadium. It was the second conference opponent for the Aggies; coming off a win against Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU).

In the first half, it was a battle for possession of the ball. The Aggies and Dovers fought to maintain control, possession of the ball and shots. Thou, the Dovers were able to get past the Aggies, and score two goals on the Aggies. The Aggies continued to fight and push back even thou the Dovers faced 1 shot on goal where Aggies faced 6.

In the second half, the Aggies continued to fight and put pressure on the Drovers. However, USAO offense proved to be a challenge for the Aggies throughout the match, as they forced 13 shots on goal, 21 shots overall, and scored 4 more goals. The Aggies struggled to find an offensive rhythm against the experienced Drovers and but were able to get 3 solid attempts at the goal.

Josh Davis stated "we are continuing to get better. USAO was a solid team and played well tonight. This game tonight will help our group later in the conference. Very proud of our team tonight. Up next for the Aggies will be to travel to Oklahoma City on Tuesday, October 5
th to face off against Oklahoma City University at 2pm. Then, the Aggies will be at home on Saturday, October 9
th at 8pm against Central Christian College, for senior day.
