GOODWELL, Okla.: The Aggies women's soccer team (1-7)(0-2) lost 0-11 to Number 25 University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma (7-1-1)(2-0) Saturday afternoon in Chickasha, OK.
The Drovers got on the board first at the 7:34 mark, and the Drovers would make it 2-0 seven minutes later.
Freshman Bonita Gray would fire a shot that would be knocked away at the 28th minute. Drovers would score six goals going into the second half.
To end the game, the Drovers would add three more goals in the second half in 19 minutes.
After the game, coach Camperell stated,"We opened the SAC this week with two nationally ranked top 25 women's soccer opponents (John Brown & USAO). This has been a challenging way to start the conference season. We played 65 minutes of the match against USAO with 9 players. The team is looking ahead to the games this week and hoping to get a few players back/healthy".
Aggies will return home on Tuesday, Oct 4th, taking on Wayland Baptist University. The game is Scheduled at 5:00 PM.
