GOODWELL, OKLA. - The Aggies women's soccer team faced Southwestern Christian University Saturday night.
The Aggies came out in the first eight minutes strong; Freshman
Aubree Mora would find Junior
Faith Cook to score her first goal of the contest and her third goal of the season. Junior
Mya Szymanski made two excellent saves in the 1st half.
The second half of the game was a heated battle, with the Aggies receiving two yellow cards while the eagles made four fouls. Freshman
Bonita Gray would seal the game in the 88th minute, marking the first time in program history the Aggies would beat Southwestern Christian University.
The Aggies will hit the road next week as they play Texas Wesleyan on October 20th and Southwestern Assemblies of God University on October 22nd.
