Goodwell, Okla-The Aggie football team (0-3) lost 52-0 to Texas Wesleyan (2-0) Saturday night at Farrington Field.
The Aggies came out strong in the first quarter allowing 87 yards and not allowing the Rams to score. The Rams would respond with three scores in the 2nd quarter to take a 22-0 lead into halftime.
Sophomore
Dee Gafford ran for 44 yards on ten attempts, and Sophomore
Jalen Partida returned seven kickoffs for 130 yards.
Defensively, Jordin hunter had three tackles and picked off a pass, returning it for 28 yards.
Omaurion Millsap had six solo tackles.
After the game, Majeski stated, "I am very disappointed with the loss against TWU.Our wounds were self-inflicted. We will continue to work and get better".
The Aggies will return home for their Hall Of Fame Game Saturday, Sept.17, taking on Texas College, and Kickoff will be at 6:00 PM.
