Box Score The Oklahoma Panhandle State University women's soccer team showcased an incredible performance in a scorching match against Randall University, securing a decisive 8-0 victory. The evening's kickoff temperature reached a sweltering 102 degrees, but that didn't stop the Aggies from igniting the field with their fiery gameplay.
In the match the Aggies found the net an impressive eight times. Nila Munoz led the charge with her remarkable two-goal performance, getting the ball rolling in the 42nd minute of the first half. Munoz's first goal was expertly assisted by Briana Alvarez, setting the tone for the Aggies' dominance. Munoz didn't stop there, adding another goal just two minutes later, leaving the Randall University defense scrambling to keep up.
Briana Alvarez further solidified her standout performance in the 32nd minute of the first half, netting her first goal of the match with an assist from Sadie Law. The Aggies' relentless offensive pressure was evident as they managed an impressive 14 shots on goal in the first half alone. The fourth and final goal of the first half was scored by Mallory Maltese in the 25th minute, further cementing the Aggies' commanding lead.
The second half was no different, as Briana Alvarez continued her goal-scoring spree. Alvarez picked up right where she left off in the first half, scoring three more goals to complete her remarkable hat-trick. Her first goal of the second half came in the 35th minute, brilliantly assisted by Regan Ake. Alvarez wasted no time and struck again in the 33rd minute of the second half, leaving Randall University's defense stunned. She completed her day with her final goal assisted by Jamie Wood. Lindsay Church capped the match off with a goal in the final minutes assisted by Katelyn Fitzgerald.
