All fans are encouraged to arrive early, as a special delivery and presentation of the game ball is set to take place at midfield at 1:45 p.m.

2 PM: Football Game versus Arkansas Baptist
OPSU (2-4, 1-3 SAC) kicks off its second leg of a three-game homestand with Veterans and First Responders Day, presented by Golden Mesa Casino at 2 p.m. Saturday versus Arkansas Baptist (3-4, 1-3). Tickets can be purchased at opsuaggies.com/tickets, and a free live stream is available on both the Urban Edge Network and SAC Network.

In addition to pregame tailgating open, Aggie fans are encouraged to check out the Fan Zone, new for the 2025 season. The Fan Zone opens 30 minutes before kickoff and is located just outside the northwest endzone.

Series History: OPSU is 3-0 in the series versus ABC, having outscored the Buffaloes 135-43 across 12 quarters of action. In last season's meeting on the road, the Aggies won 52-6 with Loren Snead, Dylan Thibodeaux and Zayden Hoots recording interceptions, and Dillon Laurer catching a touchdown.

Aggies Game Notes: After a slow start running the football in nonconference action, the ground game has gotten going for OPSU, averaging 141 rushing yards across four SAC contests this season.

Fast starts have keyed OPSU in the past three games, with the Aggies scoring on all three opening possessions. Furthermore, the Panhandle State defense has shut out its opponent in each of the last three first quarters, and it has limited opponents to three points or fewer in a quarter 12 times (50%) this season.

Leading the defense has been Nate Orta and Snead, whose 7.8 and 6.8 tackles per game, respectively, rank second and eighth in the SAC this season.

Buffaloes Game Notes: ABC is wrapping up a three-game road trip that has not been kind to it, with losses of 38-0 and 48-14 to Texas Wesleyan and Langston, respectively.

Despite many season-long woes on special teams and stopping the run, the Buffaloes' rushing offense has been a strength. They have mixed it up all year with a rotation of four-plus ball carriers that have helped the team to rank fourth in the SAC in rushing throughout 2025.
