2 PM: Football Game versus No. 25 Texas Wesleyan
OPSU (3-4, 2-3 SAC) kicks off its home finale at 2 p.m. for the Senior Day game, presented by Anchor D Bank, Saturday versus No. 25 Texas Wesleyan (5-3, 5-0). Tickets can be purchased at
opsuaggies.com/tickets, and a free live stream is available on both the
Urban Edge Network and
SAC Network.

Once the game begins, Aggie fans are encouraged to check out the
Fan Zone, new for the 2025 season and located just outside the northwest endzone.

Series History: OPSU is 3-4 all-time in the series versus Texas Wesleyan, but it is looking to turn things around after dropping the past four matchups. A win Saturday would give the Aggies a winning record at home against the Rams.

Aggies Game Notes: OPSU is coming off its highest single-game rushing output in a decade at 349 yards, part of a whopping 565 yards it has rushed for the past two outings.

Running backs
Rylan Johnson and
Jacob Chavez have formed a nice one-two punch out of the backfield, with quarterback
Chance Guadiz benefiting near the goal line with five rushing scores this season.

The OPSU defense – which is one of three in the SAC allowing fewer than 30 points per contest – has been able to come away with more takeaways recently, as
Charles Holmes III had two interceptions and a blocked punt in the last contest.
Nate Orta and
Loren Snead have led the Aggies' tackling efforts all season, with Orta's 2.5 sacks tied with
Hector Rodriguez for the team lead.

Rams Game Notes: No. 25 TWU rates slightly ahead of OPSU in scoring defense, as it allows just 29.1 points per game. Defensive lineman Jordan Crawford has been a game-wrecker for opposing offenses, ranking third in the conference with 11.5 tackles-for-loss.

Offensively, quarterback Cole Francis tops the SAC in passing yards per game on a conference-best 57.8% completion rate, while wideouts Paul Summers, Ronnie Schneide and Sean Smith form the SAC's best receiving trio.
