Shorthanded for the weekend, the Aggies fired 331-337 for a two-day total of 668 in difficult scoring conditions on the par-72 course. They surged past Southwestern Christian on Sunday to claim 11th out of 14 teams.

Placing tied-37th with a score of 163 was Thantup Saengvut, whose first-round 78 was the lowest OPSU score at the Bethel Spring Invite. He started and ended Saturday's round with birdies across a double-bogey-free 18 holes.

Paul Mercado improved by one stroke Sunday from his opening-round 85. The sophomore's final round began with an eagle on the 364-yard 11th hole.

Takudzwa Basopo shot 89-88 to round out the Aggies' team score.
